American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB) Scholarship and Sibling or Spouse Discount for Freshman Students

AIUB Scholarship Applications
Freshmen admitted in Spring 2025–26 who achieved GPA 5.00 in both SSC and HSC, or 5 A’s in O-Level (same sitting) and 2 A’s in A-Level (same sitting), may apply for a scholarship at the Admission Office (Annex-9) by February 16, 2026.

AIUB Sibling/Spouse Discount
Freshmen whose siblings or spouses are currently enrolled at AIUB must submit the discount application to the Admission Office (Annex-9) by March 03, 2026, between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM (Sunday–Thursday).

Submission of Pending Documents
Students who did not provide the following at the time of admission must submit them to the Admission Office (Annex-9) by March 05, 2026, between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM (Sunday–Thursday):

Original SSC and HSC mark sheets (for undergraduate students)
Signed Policy Statement with guardian’s passport-size photograph and signature
(Collect from Annex-9 if not previously received or if admitted online)
Signed General Information Form
(To be collected from Annex-9 — online admits only)

Note: Students who have already applied or submitted the required documents do not need to apply or submit again.
