North South University and University of Regina Strengthen Academic Ties through MoU and Student Exchange Agreement
North South University (NSU) recently welcomed a high-level delegation from the University of Regina (UR), Canada marking a significant milestone in advancing bilateral academic collaboration between the two institutions.

Delegation was led by Dr. Jeff Keshen, President and Vice-Chancellor of the University of Regina, and was received by NSU’s leadership team headed by Professor Abdul Hannan Chowdhury, Vice-Chancellor, along with senior academic and administrative officials.
During the visit, NSU and UR formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and a Student Exchange Program Agreement (SEPA). These agreements establish a framework for strengthened cooperation in areas such as student and faculty exchanges, joint research initiatives, and broader academic partnerships.
This visit concluded with an interactive discussion on future avenues of collaboration, reaffirming NSU’s commitment to expanding its global academic network and fostering international academic excellence.
