Bangladesh has achieved a remarkable milestone in global robotics, with five teams qualifying for the finals of the University Rover Challenge (URC) 2026 after a highly competitive System Acceptance Review (SAR).

The teams representing Bangladesh include:
- BRAC University – BRACU Mongol Tori
- United International University – UIU Mars Rover
- Three additional teams from leading institutions

Highly Competitive Selection Process
The 2026 URC began with 116 teams from 18 countries, making it one of the most competitive editions to date. Teams were required to submit:
